Heidis is the modern office caterer in Berlin.Are you a new customer?
Then create your company account first.
Then put together your favorite meals from our products.
For example, you can choose individual sandwiches or complete meeting plates.
The bowls can all be enjoyed cold.Do you have someone in your team with allergies or intolerances?
No problem: we have a large selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, lactose-free and vegan dishes.
Simply use the categories above and you will find these products very easily.
The products themselves cannot be customized.
To complete the order, you enter the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address and select a payment method.
Your order will be checked, confirmed and released by our catering team.
You will receive a final confirmation email from us.Are you already a regular customer?
Then log into your company account.
There you can see all previous orders and can repeat a past order - or of course select a completely new one.delivery areaWe currently deliver in Berlin and Schönefeld (near the airport).
We deliver with our own drivers with refrigerated vehicles.
The cold chain is of course maintained.
Further delivery areas are being planned and prepared.delivery periodWe deliver our office catering Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m.
and 3:00 p.m.
A delivery window of 60 minutes can be selected when ordering.
It will then be delivered within this time window.order flowPlease note that orders for the NEXT day can be placed by 4 p.m.
at the latest.Payment, payment methods and billingOrders can be paid by credit card, Paypal or on account.
The payment process with Paypal or credit card is transmitted in encrypted form.
With the payment option "on account", the order is checked by our catering consultants and confirmed manually.
If necessary, we reserve the right to send a 50% down payment in advance.
The payment target is 14 days after receipt of the invoice.The invoice will be created on the day of delivery and sent by email.
Please check the billing address in advance and inform us of any changes before invoicing.claimWe produce fresh for you on the day of delivery.
People work in our kitchen and we produce the catering by hand.
Therefore, there can always be slight deviations in appearance and taste, which we of course reduce as much as possible.
Please check the goods upon receipt.
